Helm Digital LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Harbor CRM subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at dillonhelms.hd@gmail.com and we'll help you through it.

Recurring subscriptions

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from the Paddle customer portal or by contacting us. After cancellation, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
